It went down to the wire, with linebacker Eddie Jones tackling Damien Berry at the 1-yard line on fourth down with 55 seconds to go, helping Team Texas hold on for a 13-7 victory over Team Nation. Texas Tech quarterback Taylor Potts guided scoring drives the first two times he appeared on the field, and that was enough for Team Texas. The offensive player of the game completed 9 of 15 passes for 107 yards. The game was played in San Antonio, Texas as an NFLPA All-Star Game.
